UNDERWATER STRUCTURE, BOTTOM SEDIMENT IMPROVEMENT METHOD AND EELGRASS BED CREATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solid matter holding means which allows natural or artificial solid matters including sand gravel to be easily installed on a predetermined bottom of water at a low cost and can hold the solid matters in a water area for a long period of time while maintaining water flow around the solid matters.SOLUTION: An underwater structure A which is constructed on a bottom of water W is configured to arrange component units B in an almost reticular pattern. The component unit B comprises: an opening section 2 having an almost rectangular shape surrounded by a frame body 1 with a bottom surface 11 thereof almost contacted to the bottom of the water W; and multiple elongated rod members 3 erected on a front surface 12 of the frame body 1. Natural or artificial solid matters are leveled in one or a plurality of the opening section 2 and protected from being flown out of the opening section 2 by the multiple rod members 3.
【課題】所定の水底に砂礫を含む天然の又は人工的な固形物を投入する場合などにおいて、簡易かつ低コストで設置可能であり、かつ固形物の周辺の水の流通を維持しつつ、その固形物を長期間その水域内に保持することが可能な固形物保持手段の提供。【解決手段】水底Wに形成される水中構造体Aであって、裏面11を水底Wに略面接触させる枠体1によって略矩形に囲繞された開口部2と、枠体1の表面12から立設する多数の細長の棒状部3と、を備える構成単位Bを略格子状に整列させた構成であり、天然の又は人工的な固形物が一又は複数の開口部2内に均されているとともに、多数の棒状部材3により、開口部2内からの固形物の流出が抑制される。【選択図】図2
