PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator type parking device for reducing equipment cost, and easy in maintenance, by reducing the number of traverse driving devices for traversing a housing tray provided in respective parking rooms.SOLUTION: An intermediate boarding type comb-teeth system elevator type parking device 10, comprises traverse devices 22a and 22b for respectively independently lifting to a front and rear position of a cage 12 for lifting in a hoistway 11 by the upper side and the lower side of a warehousing-delivery story 37, a turning device 39 is traversably arranged on a story just under the warehousing-delivery story 37, and the traverse devices 22a and 22b are provided with a traverse rail 23 for traversably supporting a housing tray 15 and a traverse driving device 24 for traversing the housing tray 15 and the turning device 39 between a parking room 14 and an upper surface of the traverse rail 23.
【課題】各駐車室に備える格納トレイを横行させる横行駆動装置の数を減少させ、これによって設備費を低減するとともにメンテナンスが容易となるエレベータ式駐車装置を提供すること。【解決手段】中間乗り込み型の櫛歯方式のエレベータ式駐車装置１０において、昇降路１１を昇降するケージ１２の前方及び後方の位置に、入出庫階３７の上部側と下部側とでそれぞれ独立して昇降する横行装置２２ａ、２２ｂを備え、入出庫階３７の直下の階層には、旋回装置３９を横行自在に配置し、横行装置２２ａ、２２ｂには、格納トレイ１５を横行自在に支持する横行レール２３と、格納トレイ１５及び前記旋回装置３９を駐車室１４と横行レール２３上との間で横行させる横行駆動装置２４を備えた。【選択図】図１
