PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle for improving insertability into a key cylinder, of an emergency release key, even in a structure difficult to access, of an emergency release key cylinder.SOLUTION: A motorcycle 10 comprises: an ignition switch unit 40 for enabling starting operation and handle lock release operation of at least an engine by operation of an ignition knob 24, by releasing a turning limitation of the ignition knob 24 by a lock mechanism 64 when executing electronic authentication; and an emergency release mechanism 42 for directly or indirectly enabling the starting operation of the engine by the emergency release key irrespective of the electronic authentication. The emergency release key 84 comprises: a rod-like holding part 86; and a magnet key 88 provided in a tip side side part of the holding part 86. An insertion port 82a of the magnet key 88 of the emergency release mechanism 42 is arranged in a direction opposed to the insertion direction of the emergency release key 84.
【課題】緊急解除用のキーシリンダがアクセスしにくい構造であっても、緊急解除キーのキーシリンダへの挿入性を向上する自動二輪車を提供する。【解決手段】電子認証が行われると、ロック機構６４によるイグニッションノブ２４の回動の制限が解除されて、イグニッションノブ２４の操作によって少なくともエンジンの始動操作およびハンドルロック解除操作を可能にするイグニッションスイッチユニット４０と、電子認証にかかわらず緊急解除キー８４によりエンジンの始動操作を直接または間接的に可能とする緊急解除機構４２とを備えた自動二輪車１０であって、緊急解除キー８４は、棒状の把持部８６と、把持部８６の先端側の側部に設けられたマグネットキー８８とを有し、緊急解除機構４２のマグネットキー８８の差し込み口８２ａは、緊急解除キー８４の挿通方向と対向する向きに配置されている。【選択図】図３
