LATCH DEVICE OF OPERATION HANDLE FOR OPENING/CLOSING CARGO BOX DOOR OF TRUCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch device of an operation handle for a cargo box door in which rainwater and muddy water hardly infiltrate in a rotation mechanism part of a lock and a stopper, and an operation failure hardly occurs.SOLUTION: A latch device 1 includes: a fixing body 2 fixed at a front surface of a door D; a hook lever 3 pivotally supported in a lever receiving opening 11 in a freely raised manner; a dead point spring mechanism 4 for rotationally energizing it in a falling direction or a standing direction; and a lock 5 and a stopper 6 for constraining and locking the hook lever 3 at a falling position. In a housing part 7, a water shielding wall 14 is formed for separating the rear part of the lock 5 and the stopper 6 from the lever receiving opening 11 at the upper part. By the water shielding wall 14, muddy water and the like infiltrating into the housing part 7 from the lever receiving opening 11 is stopped from infiltrating in the rear part of the lock 5 and the stopper 6.
【課題】雨水や泥水が錠前やストッパーの回転機構部に浸入しにくく、動作不良を生じにくい荷箱用扉の操作ハンドルの掛金装置を提供する。【解決手段】掛金装置1は、扉Dの前面に固着される固定本体2と、それのレバー受け開口11内に起伏自在に枢支されるフックレバー3と、これを倒伏方向または起立方向に回転付勢するデッドポイントばね機構4と、フックレバー3を倒伏位置で拘束、錠止する錠前5及びストッパー6とを具備する。ハウジング部7内には、錠前5の後部とストッパー6をその上方においてレバー受け開口11から隔てる遮水壁14が形成される。遮水壁14によって、レバー受け開口11からハウジング部7内に浸入した泥水等が錠前5の後部とストッパー6へ浸入するのが阻止される。【選択図】図3
