THICKNESS ESTIMATION METHOD AND DEGRADATION DIAGNOSTIC METHOD FOR STEEL CHIMNEY INNER LINING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thickness estimation method and a degradation diagnostic method for a steel chimney inner lining, enabling the thickness of the steel chimney inner lining to be accurately estimated and the degradation in the steel chimney inner lining to be accurately diagnosed, respectively even when smoke passes through the chimney.SOLUTION: The thickness estimation method for a steel chimney inner lining includes: a theoretical formula construction step of constructing a theoretical formula defining a relationship between a lining thickness and a steel shell temperature; a lining thickness/steel shell temperature actually measuring step of acquiring the lining thickness by coring at a plurality of places of the steel chimney 1 from the outside of the chimney, and actually measuring a steel shell temperature at a position of the coring; a corrected theoretical formula acquiring step of acquiring a corrected theoretical formula by correcting the theoretical formula on the basis of the acquired actual lining thickness and steel shell temperature; a steel shell temperature actually measuring step of actually measuring steel shell temperature at a prescribed height-direction position of the steel chimney; and a lining thickness estimating step of, on the basis of the actually measured steel shell temperature and the corrected theoretical formula, estimating the lining thickness at the position.
【課題】通煙中においても、ライニング厚を正確に推定できる鋼製煙突の内部ライニング厚推定方法及び、劣化診断を正確に行うことができる鋼製煙突の内部ライニング劣化診断方法を得る。【解決手段】本発明に係る鋼製煙突の内部ライニング厚推定方法は、ライニング厚と鉄皮温度との関係を規定した理論式を構築する理論式構築工程と、煙突外部より鋼製煙突1の複数箇所においてコアリングによりライニング厚を求めると共に該コアリング位置における鉄皮温度を実側するライニング厚及び鉄皮温度実測工程と、該得られた実際のライニング厚と鉄皮温度とに基づいて、理論式を補正して補正理論式を得る補正理論式取得工程と、鋼製煙突の高さ方向の所定位置において鉄皮温度を実測する鉄皮温度実測工程と、該実測された鉄皮温度と補正理論式とに基づいて当該位置のライニング厚を推定するライニング厚推定工程とを備えたことを特徴とするものである。【選択図】 図1
