PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress ignitability of a spray coating material used for thermit thermal spray and dust emission, and improve adhesive property.SOLUTION: The spray coating material is configured so that oxygen or gas including oxygen is sprayed to a formation surface, as carrier gas, and the gas is melted and adhered to the formation surface by combustion heating of metal Si powders. A content of the metal Si powders in whole spray coating material is 10 mass% or more and 25 mass% or less, median size of the metal Si powders is equal to or less than 15 μm, and a content of the metal Si powders having 2 μm or less of grain size in whole metal Si powders is equal to or less than 8 mass%.
【課題】テルミット溶射に使用する溶射材の発火性及び発塵性を抑え、かつ、接着性を向上させること。【解決手段】酸素又は酸素を含有するガスを搬送ガスとして被施工面に吹付け、金属Si粉の燃焼発熱で被施工面に溶融付着させる溶射材において、溶射材全体中の金属Si粉の含有量を10質量%以上25質量%以下、前記金属Si粉のメジアン径を15μm以下、前記金属Si粉全体中の粒度2μm以下の金属Si粉の含有量を8質量%以下とした。【選択図】図1
