DIKE OF FLOATING WHEN INCREASING WATER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel dike for keeping a land side water level always constant, by lifting the dike itself in response to this, when a sea side water level rises.SOLUTION: A floating base body 1 for playing a role as a foundation for forming an upper surface structure of the dike, is positioned on an upper surface of a structure M of becoming a foundation of the dike having a water intrusion-unhindering form in an inside space, and a floating control sea side suspension body 5 and a floating control land side suspension body 6 are respectively suspended near the sea side and near the land side of an under surface of the floating base body 1, and vertical groove holes 7 and 8 for slidably receiving the total length of the suspension bodies 5 and 6 are provided on the sea side and the land side of the structure M, and when buoyancy reaches the floating base body 1 by filling the tide and lifts this, a clearance with the structure M formed based on floatation of the floating base body 1 and a tunnel-shaped communication part (m) for communicating the sea side and the land sids provided in the structure M, are constituted so as to be blocked up via the floating control land side suspension body 6.
【課題】海側の水位が高まった際には、堤防自体がこれに即応して上昇することによって、陸側の水位は常に一定に保たれるようにした新規の堤防を提供する。【解決手段】内部空間に水侵入を妨げないような形態を具えた堤防の基礎となる構造体Mの上面に、堤防の上面構築を成すための土台としての役割を果たす浮遊基体1を位置させると共に、当該浮遊基体1の下面の海側寄りと陸側寄りとに、浮遊制御用海側垂下体5及び浮遊制御用陸側垂下体6を夫々垂設すると共に、当該垂下体5及び6の全長を摺動自在に受け入れるための縦溝孔7及び8を構造体Mの海側と陸側に設け、潮が満ちることによって浮遊基体1に浮力が及んでこれを上昇させた際、浮遊制御用陸側垂下体6を介して、浮遊基体1の浮上に基づき形成される構造体Mとの隙間と、構造体Mに設けられている海側と陸側とを連通させるトンネル状連通部mとが封鎖されるように構成した。【選択図】図1
