PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control member that can impart lighting control performance to a windowpane without replacement of the windowpane.SOLUTION: A lighting control member with an adhesive layer comprises a lighting control member that includes at least one shaping resin sheet having a protrusion on one surface, and the adhesive layer that is placed on one surface of the shaping resin sheet. When A represents a refractive index of the shaping resin sheet and B represents a refractive index of the adhesive layer, the absolute value of a difference between the refractive index A and the refractive index B is 0.2 or less.
