PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing clamp capable of easily executing repair work, without being injured, by dispensing with a fixing pin for connecting the other member such as a hydraulic cylinder.SOLUTION: A fixing clamp 10 is provided for connecting a post 70 of a road sign and the other member having a connection hole. The fixing clamp comprises; a main body 11; post connection means for connecting to the post 70 of the road sign; a slide shaft 15 to be inserted into the connection hole of the other member; a storage hole 18 provided in the main body 11 for storing the slide shaft 15; a fixing hole 17 provided in the main body 11 inserted after inserting an end part of the slide shaft 15 into the connection hole by moving the slide shaft 15 from the storage hole 18; and a moving lever 16 for moving the slide shaft 15 to the fixing hole 17 from the storage hole 18.
