UNDERFLOOR REPAIR SYSTEM IN WOODEN BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor repair system in a wooden building capable of maximally preventing a main structural material such as a sill, a column and a brace or an auxiliary structural material such as a floorboard and a floor joist or a furring strip being so far strong by drying in new construction time such as reconstruction time and repair time of a housing, from decaying by a secular change.SOLUTION: An underfloor repair system comprises a floorboard tearing-off process of tearing off an existing floorboard 14 juxtaposed on the sill 6, a louver removal process of removing or shielding a louver 16 of an existing continuous footing 4 in an underfloor space S exposed by the floorboard tearing-off process, a heat insulation panel installation process of arranging a foaming resin panel 24 on an inner surface of the continuous footing 4, a heat reservoir installation process of installing a heat reservoir 30 in the underfloor space of insulating heat of the inside of the continuous footing 4 by the heat insulation panel installation process and an air passage installation process of forming a new air passage for supplying outside air to the underfloor space S.
【課題】住宅の改築時、改修時などに、新築時には乾燥して丈夫であった土台や柱、筋交いなどの主要構造材、あるいは床板や根太あるいは胴縁などの補助構造材が経年変化によって腐朽してしまうことを可及的に防止することのできる木造建築物における床下改修システムを提供すること。【解決手段】土台6上に並べられた既設の床板14を剥がす床板剥がし工程と、床板剥がし工程で露出した床下空間S内の既存布基礎4のガラリ16を撤去または遮蔽するガラリ撤去工程と、布基礎4の内面に発泡樹脂パネル24を配設する断熱パネル設置工程と、断熱パネル設置工程で布基礎4の内側が断熱された前記床下空間内に蓄熱体30を設置する蓄熱体設置工程と、床下空間Sに外気を供給するための新たな空気通路を形成する空気通路設置工程と、を備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
