PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic unit that prevents excess load from being applied to an engine to improve fuel consumption without adversely affecting working, even when automatic reproduction of the DPF is started during working.SOLUTION: A hydraulic pump 17 for DPF reproduction is provided separately with hydraulic pumps 12-16 for working, the discharge side of the hydraulic pump for DPF reproduction is connected to an oil tank 20 through an electromagnetic proportional relief valve 22 and an oil cooler 19, and provided is relief valve control means which adjusts the setting pressure of the electromagnetic proportional relief valve on the basis of signals from an engine controller.
【課題】作業中にDPFの自動再生が始まった場合でも、作業に悪影響を与えることがなく、エンジンに余分な負荷が掛からないようにして燃費の向上も図ることができる油圧ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】作業用油圧ポンプ12〜16とは別にDPF再生用油圧ポンプ17を設け、該DPF再生用油圧ポンプの吐出側を、電磁比例リリーフバルブ22及びオイルクーラ19を介してオイルタンク20に接続するとともに、エンジン制御器からの信号に基づいて電磁比例リリーフバルブの設定圧力を調節するリリーフバルブ制御手段を設ける。【選択図】図1
