PRE-GROUT PC STEEL AND HARDENING METHOD OF PRE-GROUT LAYER THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardening method by which main addition of filler resins to a pre-grout layer is defined as a tension time of a PC steel stranded wire and the tension time is defined as hardening promotion commencement of the pre-grout layer.SOLUTION: A pre-grout PC steel 10 includes: nineteen PC steel stranded wires 1; a pre-grout layer 2 arranged in an outer periphery of the stranded wires; and a sheath 3 covering an outer periphery of the pre-grout layer 2. Gaps of steel wires (side wires) 1b, 1c and 1d are filled with filler resins 4. When the PC steel stranded wires are tensed, cavities among the steel wires are reduced and with the reduction, the filler resins flow out of (exudate from) the gaps of the steel wires to the pre-grout layer and are hardened for the first time. The hardening promotion commencement of the pre-grout layer becomes a pre-stress time for applying a compression stress to concrete by tensing the PC steel stranded wires after the concrete is installed.
【課題】プレグラウト層へのフィル樹脂の主添加をPC鋼より線の緊張時とし、その緊張時をプレグラウト層の硬化促進始期とする硬化方法を提供する。【解決手段】19本撚りPC鋼より線1と、その外周に配されたプレグラウト層2と、そのプレグラウト層2の外周を被うシース3を有するプレグラウトPC鋼材10であり、各鋼線(側線)1b、1c、1dの間にフィル樹脂4が充填され、PC鋼より線が緊張されると、各鋼線間の空隙が縮小し、その縮小に伴って初めてフィル樹脂が各鋼線間からプレグラウト層に流れ出て(滲出して)硬化させ、プレグラウト層の硬化促進始期は、コンクリートを打設し終わった後のPC鋼より線を緊張してコンクリートに圧縮応力を与えるプレストレス時となる。【選択図】図1
