JOINT STRUCTURE OF CERAMIC MEMBER AND METAL MEMBERS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a ceramic member and metal members having high corrosion resistance against gas while securing joint properties of joint sections.SOLUTION: A joint structure (20) of a ceramic member and metal members being a joint structure joining a ceramic member (50) and metal members (32a and 32b) of a device (10) installed at a location where gas passes through is provided with joint sections (21a and 21b) joining the ceramic member (50) and the metal members (32a and 32b). The joint sections (21a and 21b) include: glass sections (22a and 22b) constituted of glass; and metal solder material sections (23a, and 23b) constituted of a metal solder material having corrosion resistance against the gas greater than that of the glass. Areas where the metal solder material sections (23a, and 23b) are brought into contact with the gas are greater than areas where the glass sections (22a and 22b) are brought into contact with the gas.
