LAYING PAVEMENT BLOCK, MOLD FORM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PAVEMENT BLOCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pavement block capable of preventing displacement caused by one-side sinking of a laid block, exfoliation caused by the touch of a corner and damage such as chipping while maintaining workability during laying, a mold frame and a manufacturing method of the pavement block.SOLUTION: A road surface laying pavement block 100 includes the even number of joint keeps 110. The joint keep 110 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped including: a plane 101 and a bottom face 102 which are substantially rectangular; and substantially rectangular four side faces 103, and protrudes in a columnar shape in parallel with short sides 104 of each side face. The joint keeps 110 are arranged in such a manner that a pair of joint keeps 111 hold a pair of joint keeps 112 with an interval narrower than that of the pair of joint keeps 111, on block side faces which are adjacent when the blocks are aligned and laid, therebetween from both sides and that the joint keeps are brought into contact with each other by an inclination caused by loads from the planes 101 after being laid.
【課題】敷設時の作業性を保ったままで、敷設後のブロックの片沈による位置ずれ、角の接触による剥離、欠け等の破損を防止できる舗装用ブロック、型枠および舗装用ブロックの製造方法を提供することを課題とした。【解決手段】本発明の路面敷設舗装用ブロック100は、略矩形の平面101及び底面102と、略矩形の4つの側面103を有する略直方体であって、各側面の短辺104に並行な柱状に突出させた偶数個の目地キープ110を備え、このうちの1対の目地キープ111が、整列して敷設した時に隣接するブロック側面の、前記1対の目地キープより間隔の狭い1対の目地キープ112を、両側から挟むように、かつ、敷設後の平面101上からの荷重による傾きで目地キープ同士が接触するように配置する【選択図】図3
