PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating panel capable of securing sufficient heat insulating performance, and capable of exhibiting sufficient fire preventive and resistive performance even when being exposed to a large amount of flame over a long period of time.SOLUTION: A heat insulating panel of this invention includes a first metal plate, a second metal plate confronted to the first metal plate, and a heat insulating material formed between the first metal plate and the second metal plate, and the heat insulating material has a phenol resin foam layer, and a polyurethane foam layer placed on the phenol resin foam layer. The polyurethane foam layer and the phenol resin foam layer are preferably adhered with each other by self-adhesion force of the polyurethane foam layer. A surface material is preferably provided for fixing the phenol resin foam layer with the polyurethane foam layer. The phenol resin foam layer is preferably formed of a plate material, and the polyurethane foam layer is preferably formed by foaming a polyurethane foam material filled between the first metal plate and the phenol resin foam layer.
【課題】断熱性を十分に確保できると共に、長時間に亘って大量の炎に曝されても十分な防耐火性能を有する断熱パネルを提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、第１金属板、この第１金属板に対向する第２金属板、及び第１金属板と第２金属板との間に形成される断熱材を備える断熱パネルであって、断熱材が、フェノール樹脂フォーム層と、このフェノール樹脂フォーム層に積層されるポリウレタンフォーム層とを備える。ポリウレタンフォーム層とフェノール樹脂フォーム層とが、ポリウレタンフォーム層の自己接着力によって密着されているとよい。フェノール樹脂フォーム層とポリウレタンフォーム層とを固着する面材をさらに有することが好ましい。フェノール樹脂フォーム層が板材から形成され、ポリウレタンフォーム層が、第１金属板とフェノール樹脂フォーム層との間に注入したポリウレタンフォーム原料を発泡させて形成されるとよい。【選択図】図１
