PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating efficiency, and to achieve energy saving, by reflecting an infrared ray easily by allowing a conductive layer having a surface resistivity set at a prescribed value to be positioned on the outermost surface, and by reducing a heat loss generated by conducting from a wall surface or the like to the outdoor, radiant heat generated from a warmed housing material, furniture/furnishing, human body or the like.SOLUTION: In a sheet material 1 in which a part containing a conductive substance 4 or a conductive layer 3 is positioned on the outermost surface and exposed, a surface resistivity S on the exposed surface side of the part containing the conductive substance 4 or the conductive layer 3 is 10Ω/sq. or less.
【課題】表面抵抗率を所定の値とした導電層が最外面に位置することで、赤外線を反射し易くなると共に、温まった建材、家具・調度品、人体などから発する放射熱を、壁面等から屋外へと伝導される熱損失を低減することによって、暖房効率が向上し、省エネを図ることが出来る。【解決手段】導電性物質４を含有する部分や導電層３が最外面に位置して露出しているシート材１であって、この導電性物質４を含有する部分や導電層３の露出した面側の表面抵抗率Ｓは１０6Ω／□以下である。【選択図】図１
