METHOD FOR TREATING STEELMAKING SLAG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating steelmaking slag, in which modified slag, that can be used in a wide application range, can be obtained while reducing the amount of the steelmaking slag to be generated.SOLUTION: The method for treating steelmaking slag, which slag is generated in such a steelmaking process that impurities in molten iron are removed, comprises a modification reduction treatment step of charging the steelmaking slag in a reaction vessel, heating the charged steelmaking slag, and adding a carbonaceous reducing material to the heated slag to obtain the modified slag and recoverable metals. The modification reduction treatment step is completed before the total Fe concentration in the modified slag becomes lower than 5 mass%.
【課題】製鋼スラグの発生量を低減できるとともに、広い用途で使用可能な改質スラグを得ることができる製鋼スラグの処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】溶銑中の不純物を除去する製鋼プロセスにおいて発生した製鋼スラグの処理方法であって、前記製鋼スラグを反応容器内に装入して加熱するとともに、還元用炭材を添加することにより、改質スラグと回収メタルとを得る改質還元処理工程を有し、前記改質スラグ中のT.Fe濃度が5mass%未満となる前に、前記改質還元処理工程を終了する。【選択図】なし
