PATTERN FORMATION METHOD AND PATTERN FORMATION PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a wave pattern, which is conventionally drawn at a construction site by a plasterer, in a factory without troubling a hand of the plasterer.SOLUTION: A wave pattern decorative sheet is manufactured by: coating a finishing coating material for construction (JISA 6906) on a surface such as a ceramic smooth substrate, a wooden substrate and a metal panel, by using well-known means; and passing through a pattern formation device composed of a driving motor, a fixed gear, a disc (an object for fixing a small gear for rotating a spatula) of the same size as the fixed gear, the spatula for drawing a pattern, a sponge for sticking mold release water by cleaning the spatula and a conveyor for carrying a work.
【課題】従来建築現場で左官職人が描いていたウエーブ模様を職人の手を煩わせずに工場生産すること。【解決手段】公知手段を用いて建築用仕上げ塗材（ＪＩＳＡ６９０６）を窯業系平滑基板、木質系基板、金属パネル等の表面に塗付し駆動モーター、固定ギヤー、固定ギヤーと同サイズの円盤（ヘラを回転させるための小ギヤーを固定するためのもの）、模様を描くためのヘラ、ヘラを清掃して離型用の水を付着させるためのスポンジ、ワークを搬送するためのコンベヤーとからなる模様形成装置を通過させてウエーブ模様化粧板を製造する。【選択図】 図１
