PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable louver device capable of arbitrarily switching between shading and light transmission without limiting ventilation.SOLUTION: A louver device includes a plurality of louver blades that are arranged in such a manner as to be freely turned on support shafts horizontally provided at vertical intervals, respectively. The louver blade includes: a plurality of plate materials that constitute a principal plane of the louver blade and that are disposed in such a manner as to continue in the longitudinal direction of the louver blade and make thickness-direction height positions different from one each other; and a connection member for connecting the adjacent plate materials together in such a manner that a thickness-direction airspace is formed between the adjacent plate materials.
