PRE-WORKED STEEL COLUMN AND BUILDING FRAME USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-worked steel column and a building frame using the same for a steel frame that eliminates the need on welding work and UT inspection at site and offers strengths in no way inferior to a rigid-framed structure.SOLUTION: A bracket 3 of a prescribed length, formed with an H-shaped steel, is welded beforehand and attached horizontally in a cantilevered state at the top edge of a steel rectangular column 2 of a prescribed length, and bolt holes 4 are drilled through the upper flange of the bracket 3 for inserting tightening bolts. A steel beam formed of an H-shaped steel is placed on the bracket 3 of the pre-worked steel column 1 thus configured, and the steel beam is connected to the bracket 3 with bolts for forming a frame similar to a rigid-frame structure.
【課題】鉄骨作りの骨組について、現場での溶接作業とUT検査を不要となし、なおかつ、ラーメン構造と比べて遜色のない強度を得ることを可能にするプレ加工鋼製柱とそれを用いた建築物の骨組を提供する。【解決手段】所定長さの鋼管製角柱2の上端にH型鋼で形成された所定長さの腕木3を片持ち支持の状態に予め溶接して水平に取り付け、その腕木3の上側フランジに締結ボルトを通すボルト孔4を加工し、このように構成したプレ加工鋼製柱1の腕木3上にH型鋼で形成される鋼製梁を載せ、その鋼製梁を前記腕木3にボルトで連結してラーメン構造に近似したフレームに仕立てる構造にした。【選択図】図1
