PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method capable of accurately installing a foundation pile in a predetermined position, and to also provide an installation auxiliary member for accurately installing the foundation pile in the predetermined position.SOLUTION: An installation auxiliary member 1 is used, and the installation auxiliary member 1 comprises at least three guide parts 2, 3 and 5 and a connection part 6 for connecting the three guide parts 2, 3 and 5, and the three guide parts 2, 3 and 5 execute a reference setting process capable of respectively inserting foundation piles 100a, 100b and 100c and of installing at least two foundation piles 100a and 100b in the ground surface, a positioning process of positioning the two guide parts 2 and 3 to the two foundation piles 100a and 100b and an installation process of installing the foundation pile 100c in a residual guide part 5 among the three guide parts 2, 3 and 5, in this order.
