WATER SUPPLY PUMP SYSTEM FOR TEMPORARY TOILET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply system for a temporary toilet capable of securing water supply to the temporary toilet in a disaster, and capable of stably supplying water even in power failure.SOLUTION: A water supply system for a temporary toilet is constituted of a hand pump 6 for supplying water to an emergency power source driving pump 5 and a temporary toilet 18, a suction pipe 2 mounted with a float valve 19 on a tip thereof, a branch pipe 3 for installing a three-way valve 4 in the middle by connecting an inlet to the suction pipe and connecting one to an emergency power source driving pump suction port and the other to a hand pump suction port, a confluent pipe 7 for installing the three-way valve 8 in the middle of merging discharge ports of both pumps, and a water supply pipe 9 for supplying the water to the temporary toilet connected to the temporary toilet side of the three-way valve. The three-way valve is switched to the temporary toilet side, and is put in a full water state via a suction branch pipe by operating the hand pump, and air in the emergency power source driving pump and the suction branch pipe is removed, and after supplying the water to the temporary toilet side, the hand pump is stopped, and the three-way valve of a discharge confluent pipe is switched to the temporary toilet side, so that the emergency power source driving pump can be surely pumped up.
【課題】災害時の仮設トイレへの給水を確保すると共に、停電時も安定して給水が可能な仮設トイレ用給水システムを提供する。【解決手段】非常電源駆動ポンプ５と仮設トイレ１８に送水する手押しポンプ６と、先端にフート弁１９を取り付けた吸込み管２と、入口を吸込み管に接続し途中に三方弁４を取り付け一方を非常電源駆動ポンプ吸い込み口へ他方を手押しポンプ吸い込み口へ連結する分岐管３と、両ポンプの吐出し口を合流する途中に三方弁８を取り付けた合流管７と、三方弁の仮設トイレ側と接続する仮設トイレに送水する送水配管９で構成した仮設トイレ用給水システム。三方弁を仮設トイレ側に切替え、手押しポンプを運転して吸込み分岐管を通して満水状態にし、非常電源駆動ポンプ内及び吸込み分岐管の空気を除去し仮設トイレ側へ送水後、手押しポンプを停止し、吐出合流管の三方弁を仮設トイレ側に切替え、非常電源駆動ポンプが確実に揚水されるようにした。【選択図】図１
