FITTING CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF DOOR FRAME OUTER DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door frame and a fitting construction method of the door frame having both workability installable in a finished wall opening part and excellent design, in the door frame and the construction method of the door frame having both coping performance and excellent workability capable of coping within a limited construction period.SOLUTION: In a fitting construction method of a door frame outer door, a door is constructed in an inspection opening part of a lightweight steel frame wall of preceding finishing construction, and is formed as a structure for holding the door manufactured in a dimension smaller by 3-5 mm than an opening dimension in a finished wall opening part, by a door frame installed inside its innermost side reinforcement material opening part, and the door frame is composed of 2 pieces as a longitudinal member and 0-2 pieces as a transversae member, and is formed in a shape of being fixable to a lightweight steel frame wall backing material by respectively separated structures by using a screw member, and is formed in a movable shape when fixing the respective longitudinal members and transverse members, and the longitudinal member is formed as a fitting member of a door suspension metal fitting and a door key metal fitting receiving material, and the transverse member is formed as a door stop of a door and a girth of the longitudinal member, and a door body can be hinged from the front side so as to become the substantially same as a wall board surface.
【課題】 限られた工期内に対応することができる対応性と良好な施工性とを兼ね備えた扉枠及び扉枠の施工方法において、仕上げ済み壁開口部へ取り付け可能な施工性と、良好な意匠性とを兼ね備えた扉枠および扉枠の取り付け施工工法を提供する。【解決手段】 仕上げ工事を先行させた軽量鉄骨壁の点検用開口部に施工する扉において、仕上げ済み壁開口部内に開口寸法より3〜5mm小さい寸法で製作した扉を、その奥側の補強材開口部の内側に取り付した扉枠で保持する構造とし、扉枠は縦部材として2本と横部材として0〜2本とからなり、各々分離された構造で軽量鉄骨壁下地材にねじ部材を使用し、固定できる形状になっており、各縦及び横部材を固定時に移動可能な形状にし、縦部材を扉吊金具及び扉鍵金具受け材の取り付け部材に、横部材を扉の戸当り、及び縦部材のつなぎ材とし、壁ボード面とほぼ同一になるように扉本体を正面側から蝶着できるようにしている扉枠外扉の取り付け施工工法である。【選択図】図1
