FLOOR COVERING STRUCTURE USING SYNTHETIC RESIN COVER MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor covering structure in which synthetic resin cover material is prevented from being bulged, by discharging moisture and water released from a floor to the outside before being accumulated between the floor made of concrete or mortar and the synthetic resin cover material that covers the floor.SOLUTION: In a floor covering structure, in which a floor 2a made of concrete or mortar is covered by synthetic resin cover material 30, an air/water flow layer 4 is provided between the floor 2a and the synthetic resin cover material 30. A periphery of the synthetic resin cover material 30 is sealed with a sealing member 9, except a part of the periphery which is not sealed and formed as a downward-facing discharge port 10 communicating with the air/water flow layer 4. The moisture and water released from the floor 2a enter the air/water flow layer 4, flow therethrough, and are surely discharged from the downward-facing discharge port 10 to the outside, thereby the synthetic resin cover material 30 is prevented from being bulged.
【課題】コンクリート製もしくはモルタル製の床と該床を被覆する合成樹脂製被覆材との間に、該床から放出される水蒸気や水が溜まらないように外部に排出して、合成樹脂製被覆材に膨れが生じないようにした床被覆構造を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート製もしくはモルタル製の床2aを合成樹脂製被覆材30で被覆した床被覆構造であって、床2aと合成樹脂製被覆材30との間に通気通水層4が設けられており、合成樹脂製被覆材30の周囲はシーリング材9で封止されており、この周囲の一部が非封止とされて、通気通水層4と連通する下向きの排出口10が形成されている床被覆構造とする。床2aから放出される水蒸気や水が通気通水層4に侵入してその内部を移動し、下向きの排出口10から確実に外部に排出されるので、合成樹脂被覆材30に膨れが生じない。【選択図】図10
