PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated floor capable of sufficiently exhibiting base-isolated performance of the base-isolated floor itself, capable of sufficiently securing even the base-isolated floor installation area, and without wholly requiring a buffer plate for covering a clearance of becoming a dangerous place such as a conventional base-isolated floor.SOLUTION: A base-isolated floor comprises a support leg 7 having a level adjustment member 2b, a base-isolated bearing body 4 fixed to an upper surface of the support leg 7 adjusted in a level by the level adjustment member 2b, having an upper stand frame 6 and a lower stand frame 5 and incorporating an earthquake time horizontal movement device between the respective frames and a fixed floor 2 formed on the upper surface of the predetermined number of support legs 7 adjusted in the level to the same height and formed-arranged in the whole peripheral edge part of the lower stand frame 5 of the base-isolated bearing body 4, and the fixed floor 2 is brought into close contact with or approached to the whole peripheral edge part of the lower stand frame 5 of the base-isolated bearing body 4, and a height of the fixed floor 2 is also arranged within a range of not checking the earthquake time movement of the base-isolated bearing body 4, and a step difference allowable within the range, is provided in the upper stand frame 6 and the fixed floor 2.
【課題】免震床自体の免震性能を十分に発揮させることができ、免震床設置面積も十分に確保でき、従来における免震床のような危険箇所となる隙間を覆う緩衝板を全く必要としない免震床を提供する。【解決手段】レベル調整部材2bを具備した支持脚7と、レベル調整部材2bによりレベル調整した支持脚7の上部面に固定され、上架台フレーム6と下架台フレーム5を具備し各フレーム間に地震時水平移動装置等を内蔵した免震支承体4と、同一高さにレベル調整した所定数の支持脚7の上部面に形成されて免震支承体4の下架台フレーム5の全周端縁部に形成、配置する固定床2と、を具備し、免震支承体4の下架台フレーム5の全周端縁部に、固定床2を密着又は接近させ、かつ、固定床2の高さを免震支承体4の地震時移動を阻害しない範囲内に配置し、上架台フレーム6と固定床2に、当該範囲内において許容される段差を設けた。【選択図】図1
