    PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having a light collection function and a prospect function at any place in a building, and a building including the device.SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem of a skylight window with deterioration or corrosion of a seal portion due to dew condensation or ultraviolet ray, a roof 4a having a light shielding function is provided above an existing roof 2a, and a light collection device includes: a light focus device 5a; a pseudo window 3a arranged at any place and reflecting or radiating light; and a light transmission body 6a transmitting sunlight focused by the light focus device 5a to the pseudo window 3a.

    【課題】建造物において、任意の場所に採光機能及び眺望機能を有する装置及びその装置を備えた建造物を提供する。【解決手段】結露あるいは紫外線等の原因によるシール部分の劣化あるいは腐食に伴う天窓の問題を解決するため、既存の屋根２aの上方に遮光機能を有する屋根４aを設けるとともに、集光装置５aと、任意の場所に設置され、光を反射あるいは放射する疑似窓３aと、集光装置５aで集光した太陽光を疑似窓３aに伝送する光伝送体６aとを含む採光装置。【選択図】図２
