PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for wall material that can tightly fix cover materials.SOLUTION: A fitting structure for wall includes a fixture 12 which fixes a wall material 10 to a wall substrate 11, a cover material 13 which covers the fixture 12, and a retainer 14 which retains the cover material 13. The wall material 10 has a groove part 15. The groove part 15 has its bottom part 16 fixed to the wall substrate 11 with the fixture 12. The retainer 14 is provided at the groove part 15. The retainer 14 includes a first contact piece 19 which comes into contact with an inner surface of a side wall 18 of the cover material 13, and a second contact piece 21 which comes into contact with an outer surface of the side wall 18 of the cover material 13. The cover material 13 is arranged at the groove part 15 on a top surface side of the fixture 12. The side wall 18 is retained with the first contact piece 19 and second contact piece 21.
