WOODEN FLOOR MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden floor material and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of enhancing heat storage efficiency by a latent heat storage material, and capable of restraining oozing-out of the latent heat storage material from a butt end.SOLUTION: A wooden floor material having at least a latent heat storage material 17 and a wooden base material 11 for forming a storage recessed part 13 for storing the latent heat storage material 17 in a reverse surface 11b, is manufactured. The wooden base material formed with a recessed groove 14 so as to enclose the storage recessed part 13, is used for the reverse surface 11b of the wooden base material 11 as the wooden base material 11. An impregnation material L including at least one of water or resin is impregnated into a wall part 15a in the vicinity of a bottom surface edge part of at least the storage recessed part 13 of a wall part 15 for partitioning the storage recessed part 13 and the recessed groove 14, and the latent heat storage material 17 is heated-molded in the storage recessed part 13 in a state of impregnating the impregnation material, and the latent heat storage material 17 is stored in the storage recessed part 13.
【課題】潜熱蓄熱材による蓄熱効率を高めると共に、木口から潜熱蓄熱材が浸み出すことを抑制することができる木質系床材およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】潜熱蓄熱材17と、潜熱蓄熱材17を裏面11bに収納するための収納凹部13が形成された木質系基材11とを少なくとも備えた木質系床材を製造する。木質系基材11として、木質系基材11の裏面11bに、収納凹部13を囲うように凹溝14が形成された木質系基材を用いる。収納凹部13と凹溝14を区画する壁部15のうち、少なくとも収納凹部13の底面縁部近傍の壁部15aに水または樹脂の少なくとも一方を含む含浸材Lを含浸し、含浸材を含浸した状態で、収納凹部13内において潜熱蓄熱材17を加熱成形して、収納凹部13内に潜熱蓄熱材17を収納する。【選択図】図1
