PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control member, etc., capable of exhibiting both illuminance improvement and antidazzle function using a daylighting function.SOLUTION: The light control member has a high refractive index layer 2 and a low refractive index layer 3, the high refractive index and low refractive index layers being arranged between an incidence surface 5 and an emission surface 6 so that a different refractive index interface, which is the interface of the high refractive index and low refractive index layers, or its extension face intersects the emission and incidence surfaces, and has a first area 1A disposed on one side parallel to the emission and incidence surfaces and a second area 2B on the other side. In the first area, a total reflection interface F, which is a different refractive index interface f having the high refractive index layer on one side, has a low emission angle interface F1 in which an angle θ1 on the low refractive index layer side forms an acute angle relative to the incidence surface. In the second area, the total reflection interface has a high emission angle interface F2 in which an angle θ2 on the low refractive index layer side forms an obtuse angle relative to the incidence surface.
【課題】採光機能を利用した照度向上、防眩機能の両方を発揮可能な光制御部材等を提供する。【解決手段】高屈折率層2および低屈折率層3を有し、高屈折率層および低屈折率層が、入射面5と出射面6との間に高屈折率層および低屈折率層の界面である異屈折率界面もしくはその延長面が出射面および入射面と交差するように配置され、入射面および出射面に平行な方向の一方の側に配置される第1領域1Aと他方の側に配置される第2領域1Bとを少なくとも有し、第1領域では、一方の側に高屈折率層が位置する異屈折率界面fである全反射界面Fが入射面に対して低屈折率層側の角度θ1が鋭角となる低出射角界面F1を有し、第2領域では、全反射界面が入射面に対して低屈折率層側の角度θ2が鈍角となる高出射角界面F2を有する。【選択図】図1
