LANDSLIDE MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND LANDSLIDE MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow any worker to quickly, easily, and appropriately formulate measures according to a type of accident or abnormality of a structure such as a transmission line tower and land due to landslide.SOLUTION: A landslide maintenance management system 1 for supporting formulation of measures according to an accident or trouble due to landslide, detects displacement or deformation generated in a transmission line tower 2 or the like due to landslide by a ground extensometer 12, a total station 13, and a strain gauge 14, determines the type of the accident or abnormality on the basis of the detection results and outputs measures support information corresponding to each type of the accident/abnormality. The type of the accident/abnormality includes, for example, ground crack, washout of sediment, exposure of foundation of a steel tower, irregular displacement of the foundation, irregular displacement of the steel tower, buckling of the steel tower, destruction of the steel tower and the like. When a steel tower has been destructed already, or it is determined to have a high risk of the destruction the steel tower, the landslide maintenance management system outputs information for supporting planning of temporary route construction.
【課題】地すべりによる送電鉄塔等の構築物または土地の事故または異常に応じた対策の策定を、作業員の誰でもが迅速、簡単に、かつ的確に行うことを可能にする。【解決手段】地すべり保全管理システム１は、地すべりによる事故または異常に応じた対策の策定を支援するシステムであり、地すべりにより送電鉄塔２等に生じた変位または変形を、地盤伸縮計１２、トータルステーション１３およびひずみゲージ１４により検出し、これらの検出結果に基づき、事故・異常の種別を判定し、事故・異常種別に対応する対策支援情報を出力する。事故・異常の種別には例えば、地盤亀裂、土砂流失、鉄塔の基礎体露出、基礎不同変位、鉄塔不同変位、鉄塔座屈、鉄塔倒壊等がある。すでに鉄塔倒壊が生じ、または鉄塔倒壊の危険度が高い旨の判定がなされた場合には、仮ルート工事の計画支援情報を出力する。【選択図】図１
