VISIBLE LIGHT SHIELDING WHITE CERAMIC, PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF AND WHITE CERAMIC VISIBLE LIGHT SHIELDING BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated white ceramic which has visible light shielding properties suitable for semiconductors and electronic parts and delicate and excellent mechanical characteristics.SOLUTION: A visible light shielding ceramic uses three raw material powders consisting of 20-70 mass% of alumina, 15-70 mass% of zirconia stabilized or partially stabilized with yttria and 5 mass% or more of titanium oxide as a basic composition and is a ceramic formed by mixing the raw material powders uniformly, molding and sintering to form oxygen-defective titanium oxide in the structure. A method of producing a visible light shielding white ceramic comprises mixing the raw material powders uniformly, molding, blackening by reductive sintering and decoloring by annealing in an oxidative atmosphere.
【課題】半導体・電子部品用の、可視光遮蔽性を有するとともに、緻密かつ優れた機械的特性を有する一体型の白色系セラミックスの提供。【解決手段】原料粉末として、アルミナ20〜70質量%、イットリアで安定化あるいは部分安定化したジルコニア15〜70質量%、酸化チタン5質量%以上の3成分を基本組成とし、均一に混合し、成形し、焼結して組織内に酸素欠陥酸化チタンを生じさせたセラミックスとする可視光遮蔽性白色系セラミックス。前記の原料粉末を均一に混合し、成形し、還元焼成により黒色化させ、酸化雰囲気でアニール処理により脱色化する可視光遮蔽性白色系セラミックスの製造方法。【選択図】図2
