PREDICTION SYSTEM AND PREDICTION NOTIFICATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prediction system and a prediction notification device capable of predicting the river level getting higher due to a discharge of water from a dam even at a point other than a specific point located in a river basin.SOLUTION: The prediction system includes a storage and a prediction section. The storage stores a piece of information which expresses the relationship between the outflow rate of water discharged from a dam and the rising amount of the river level of a prediction point. The prediction section refers to the information representing the relationship between the outflow rate and the rising amount of the river level stored in the storage and predicts the rising amount of the river level at the prediction point based on the outflow rate of the water discharged from the dam.
【課題】ダムの放流によって上昇する河川水位を、河川流域の特定の地点以外の地点においても予測可能とする予測装置及び予測通報装置を提供することである。【解決手段】実施形態の予測装置は、記憶部と、予測部とを持つ。記憶部は、ダムから放流される水の放流量と、予測地点における河川水位の上昇量との関係を表す情報を記憶する。予測部は、前記記憶部に記憶されている放流量と河川水位の上昇量との関係を表す情報を参照し、ダムから放流された水の放流量に基づいて、前記予測地点における河川水位の上昇量を予測する。【選択図】図１
