MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR DRAINAGE SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a drainage system, including a nut member which is used for mounting the drainage system having a protruded part such as a pipe connection part on the side face, into a mounting hole of equipment or others, while reducing the total height (the width in the axial direction of a male screw part) of a drainage system body.SOLUTION: The mounting structure for the drainage system includes the drainage system body consisting of a cylindrical body part formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, a flange part provided on the outside face of the cylindrical body part while being protruded along the peripheral edge, the mail screw part provided on the outside face of the cylindrical body part at the further bottom face side than the flange part, and a protruded part provided on the cylindrical body part at the further bottom face side than the male screw part while being protruded in the direction of the outside face, and the nut member formed in an approximately cylindrical shape, and having a female screw part on the inside face so as to be threaded to the male screw part of the drainage system body. At the end of the nut member, arranged on the side of the protruded part, a cutout part is provided corresponding to the protruded part of the drainage system body.
【課題】側面に配管接続部等の突出部を備えた排水装置を、ナット部材を利用し機器等の取付孔に取り付ける、ナット部材を用いた排水装置の取り付け構造において、排水装置本体の全高(雄ネジ部の軸方向の幅)を狭くする構造を提供する。【解決手段】排水装置の取り付け構造を、有底筒形状の筒体部、該筒体部の外側面に周縁に沿って突出して設けられたフランジ部、筒体部の、フランジ部よりも底面側外側面に設けられた雄ネジ部、筒体部の、雄ネジ部よりも底面側であって外側面方向に突出するようにして設けられた突出部、からなる排水装置本体と、略筒形状にして内側面に排水装置本体の雄ネジ部と螺合する雌ネジ部を備えたナット部材と、からなり、ナット部材の、突出部側に配置される端部に、排水装置本体の突出部に対応した切り欠き部を設けて構成する。【選択図】図13
