SAFE-DEPOSIT BOX SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe-deposit box system capable of reducing a frequency of stopping the whole system even when abnormality is caused in a carrying apparatus.SOLUTION: A safe-deposit box system 1 comprises a carrying passage of a plurality of protective boxes set with every protective box on the basis of a booth position and a storage position of racks R1-R4 of a safe-deposit box room 2, storage means for storing a set data file on the carrying passage of respective carrying apparatuses, and carrying passage limiting means capable of continuous operation by using only a residual normal carrying passage by changing the data file stored in the storage means when abnormality is caused in a carrying apparatus of a certain carrying passage. The safe-deposit box system 1 also comprises carrying passage construction means capable of the continuous operation by constructing a new carrying passage with a carrying apparatus of the other normal carrying passage as a substitution apparatus instead of an abnormal apparatus by changing the data file stored in the storage means when the abnormality is caused in the carrying apparatus of the certain carrying passage.
【課題】搬送機器に異常が生じた場合であってもシステム全体が停止する頻度を下げることが可能な貸金庫システムを提供する。【解決手段】ブース位置と貸金庫室２のラックＲ１〜Ｒ４の格納位置とに基づいて保護箱毎に設定された複数の保護箱の搬送経路を有する貸金庫システム１において、各搬送機器の搬送経路に関する設定のデータファイルを記憶する記憶手段を備え、或る搬送経路の搬送機器に異常が生じたとき、前記記憶手段に記憶されたデータファイルを変更することにより、残りの正常な搬送経路のみを用いて継続運転を可能とする搬送経路限定手段を備える。また、貸金庫システム１は、或る搬送経路の搬送機器に異常が生じたとき、前記記憶手段に記憶されたデータファイルを変更することにより、異常機器の代りに他の正常な搬送経路の搬送機器を代替機器として新規の搬送経路を構築し、継続運転を可能とする搬送経路構築手段を備える。【選択図】図１
