PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent member capable of suppressing reduction in transmittance and the rainbow coloring of transmitted light due to chromatic dispersion to scatter the transmitted light at a wide angle without wavelength dependence.SOLUTION: The translucent member includes a translucent layer tabular or sheet-like, having a light receiving surface and the rear surface and having projections and depressions on the light receiving surface or the rear surface. The light receiving surface or the rear surface has a plurality of micro surfaces planar or curved surface shaped and having the substantially same direction as the light receiving surface or the rear surface in the top and bottom parts of the projections and depressions and shoulder parts between the top and the bottom parts. The micro surfaces have a width of 100 nm or more and 800 nm or less. The projections and depressions are formed so that distances from any reference surface parallel to the light receiving surface or the rear surface in the translucent layer to the micro surfaces are disordered.
【課題】本発明は、透過率の低下および色分散による透過光の虹色化を抑制して透過光を波長依存性なく広角に拡散させることができる透光性部材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の透光性部材は、受光面およびその裏面を有する板状またはシート状の透光層を備え、前記透光層は、受光面又は裏面に凹凸を有し、前記受光面又は裏面は、前記凹凸の前記頂上部と、前記底部と、前記頂上部と前記底部との間のショルダー部とに、前記受光面又は裏面と実質的に同じ向きの平面状又は曲面状の微小面を複数有し、前記微小面は、100nm以上800nm以下の幅を有し、前記凹凸は、前記透光層中の前記受光面又は裏面と平行な任意の基準面から前記微小面までの距離が乱雑となるように形成されたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
