PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose take-up device that can accurately detect a pull-out amount of a hose without effect on a state of dirt of the hose and a state of stretching force of the hose, by detecting the pull-out amount of the hose from rotation of a hose reel.SOLUTION: A hose take-up device comprises: rotation amount detecting means 20 that detects a rotation amount and a rotation direction of a hose reel 10; memorizing means 30 that memorizes association data between a rotation amount of a hose 1 from an origin position relative to a hose reel 10 and a pull-out amount of the hose 1 from the origin position relative to the hose reel 10, according to a hose length and a hose diameter; inputting means 40 that inputs hose-specification information that specifies the hose length and the hose diameter; calculating means 50 that calculates the pull-out amount from the rotation amount detected by the rotation amount detecting means 20 by using the association data to be determined by the hose specification information inputted by the inputting means 40; and displaying means 60 that displays the pull-out amount calculated by the calculating means 50.
【課題】ホースリールの回転からホースの引出量を検出することで、ホースの汚れの状態やホースの伸縮力の状態に影響を受けることなく、精度良く引出量を検出することができるホース巻き取り装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明のホース巻き取り装置は、ホースリール１０の回転量と回転方向を検出する回転量検出手段２０と、ホース１のホースリール１０に対する原点位置からの回転量と、原点位置からのホース１のホースリール１０からの引出量との対応データをホース長及びホース径に応じて記憶する記憶手段３０と、ホース長及びホース径を特定するホース特定情報を入力する入力手段４０と、入力手段４０で入力されたホース特定情報で定まる対応データを用いて、回転量検出手段２０で検出される回転量から引出量を演算する演算手段５０と、演算手段５０で演算された引出量を表示する表示手段６０とを備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図１
