METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CONCRETE STRUCTURE, AND CONCRETE CURING SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a concrete structure that can both improve productivity by effective use of in-concrete moisture and maintain the quality of concrete at a sufficiently high level.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a concrete structure that includes a formwork placing process ST10 of placing a formwork 30 for concrete installation, an installing process ST20 of installing concrete with a curing sheet 10 stuck on an inner surface of the formwork 30; a formwork removing process ST30 of removing the formwork 30 after the concrete is installed; and a curing process ST40 of by leaving the curing sheet 10 on a surface of a concrete structure and curing the concrete structure for a predetermined period after the formwork removing process ST30. The curing sheet 10 used in the installing process ST20 has a coefficient of thermal expansion of 100 μ/°C or less.
【課題】コンクリート内水分の有効活用による生産性の向上と、コンクリートの品質を十分に高い水準に維持することを両立可能なコンクリートの製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】コンクリート打設用の型枠３０を設置する型枠設置工程ＳＴ１０と、型枠３０の内面に養生シート１０が貼付された状態でコンクリートの打設を行う打設工程ＳＴ２０と、コンクリートの打設後に型枠３０を脱型する脱型工程ＳＴ３０と、脱型工程ＳＴ３０の後に、養生シート１０をコンクリート構造物の表面に残置させて、コンクリート構造物を所定期間養生する養生工程ＳＴ４０と、を備え、打設工程ＳＴ２０で用いられる養生シート１０の線膨張係数が１００μ／℃以下であるコンクリート構造物の製造方法。【選択図】図９
