FRAME BODY FIXING STRUCTURE AND FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize an injection amount of a connecting material without requiring complicated work, and to prevent deterioration of appearance quality caused by thermal expansion.SOLUTION: A frame body fixing structure includes a skeleton anchor member 30 provided in an opening 11 of a building skeleton 10, a support part 42 of a frame body anchor member 40 provided in a window frame 20, a mold member 50 formed cylindrically and disposed in a state of covering peripheries of the skeleton anchor member 30 and the support part 42 of the frame body anchor member 40, and a connecting material 60 for connecting the skeleton anchor member 30 and the support part 42 of the frame body anchor member 40 by being cured after being injected into an inside of the mold member 50 in a non-cured state. A filling material 70 is filled to be cured between the opening 11 of the building skeleton 10 and the window frame 20 after the connecting material 60 injected into the mold member 50 is cured, and thereby, the window frame 20 is fixed in the opening 11 of the building skeleton 10. A base part 51 and a bottom wall part 52 of the mold member 50 are formed of rubber so as to be contractible in a plate thickness direction.
【課題】煩雑な作業を要することなく連結材の注入量を均一化し、さらに熱膨張に起因した外観品質の低下を防止する。【解決手段】建物躯体10の開口部11に設けた躯体アンカー部材30と、窓枠20に設けた枠体アンカー部材40の支持部42と、筒状を成し、躯体アンカー部材30及び枠体アンカー部材40の支持部42の周囲を覆う状態で配設される型部材50と、非硬化状態で型部材50の内部に注入された後に硬化することにより、躯体アンカー部材30及び枠体アンカー部材40の支持部42を連結する連結材60とを備え、型部材50に注入された連結材60が硬化した後、建物躯体10の開口部11と窓枠20との間に充填材70を充填して硬化させることにより、建物躯体10の開口部11に窓枠20を固定する固定構造であって、型部材50の基部51及び底壁部52を板厚方向に収縮可能となるようにゴムによって成形した。【選択図】図7
