BUILDING FOR STEEL STRUCTURE DWELLING HAVING BIDIRECTIONAL BRACE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building for steel structure dwelling having a bidirectional brace structure which can eliminate or reduce the arrangement of a brace of a peripheral part of the building, and can easily secure necessary natural luminance.SOLUTION: A building 1 for steel structure dwelling having a bidirectional brace structure is provided which has a steel structure using braces 21, and has a layout having living rooms 4 at both sides of a middle corridor 3. The braces 21 at a part or all of reference floors of the building 1 are arranged between the middle corridor 3 and the living rooms 4. The building has the two living rooms 4, 4 which align along the middle corridor 3 between steel beams along the middle corridor 3 at one span. The braces 21 are arranged so that two of them are aligned in a chevron shape. Living room opening parts 16 with respect to the middle corridor 3 of the two living rooms 4, 4 are aligned with respect to each other, and arranged at a lower part of the two braces 21, 21 which are arranged in the chevron shape and their steel beam portions 23.
【課題】 建物外周部のブレースの配置を無くせ、または削減できて、必要採光を確保し易くした両方向ブレース構造の鉄骨造居住用途建物を提供する。【解決手段】 ブレース21を用いた鉄骨造でありかつ中廊下3の両側に居室4を有する間取りの鉄骨造居住用途建物1に適用する。建物1の基準階の一部または全ての前記ブレース21を、中廊下3と居室4との間に配置する。中廊下3に沿う鉄骨梁の1スパンの間に、中廊下3に沿って並ぶ2部屋の居室4,4を有する。ブレース21は、2本が互いにハの字形に配置する。前記2部屋の居室4,4の中廊下3に対する各居室開口部16を互いに並べて、前記ハの字形に配置された2本のブレース21,21とその間の鉄骨梁部分23の下方に配置する。【選択図】 図3
