CONDUCTIVE FINE PARTICLE AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME, CONDUCTIVE FINE PARTICLE DISPERSION LIQUID, TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FINE PARTICLE DISPERSION, AND TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FINE PARTICLE DISPERSION FILM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive fine particles and a production method of the particles having excellent conductivity, from which a transparent conductive fine particle dispersion and a transparent conductive fine particle dispersion film exhibiting excellent transmitting property for visible light can be produced by dispersing the particles in a suitable medium.SOLUTION: The production method of conductive fine particles includes steps of: mixing titanium alkoxide and niobium alkoxide and co-hydrolyzing the mixture by adding pure water to obtain a co-hydrolyzed product; drying the co-hydrolyzed product to obtain a dried product; calcining the dried product to obtain a calcined product; and pulverizing the calcined product to obtain conductive fine particles.
【課題】導電性に優れ、適宜な媒体に分散することで可視光透過性に優れた透明導電性微粒子分散体、透明導電性微粒子分散膜を製造することの出来る、導電性微粒子とその製造方法とを提供する。【解決手段】 チタンアルコキシドとニオブアルコキシドとを混合し、純水を加えて共加水分解させて共加水分解物とする工程と、当該共加水分解物を乾燥して乾燥物とする工程と、当該乾燥物を焼成して焼成物とする工程と、当該焼成物を粉砕し導電性微粒子を得る工程とを、有する導電性微粒子の製造方法を提供する。【選択図】なし
