POWDER MATERIAL FOR LAMINATION MOLDING AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING LAMINATED MOLDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder material for lamination molding capable of easily and efficiently producing a laminated molding with a complicated cubic shape at high strength and high dimensional accuracy.SOLUTION: Provided is a powder material for lamination molding comprising calcium phosphate, in which the volume average grain diameter Dv of the powder material for lamination molding is 1.5 to 7.0 μm, and the ratio between the volume average grain diameter Dv and the numerical grain diameter Dn of the powder for lamination molding, (Dv/Dn) is 1.10 to 1.40.
【課題】複雑な立体形状の積層造形物を、簡便かつ効率良く、高強度で寸法精度良く製造し得る積層造形用粉末材料の提供。【解決手段】リン酸カルシウムを含有する積層造形用粉末材料であって、前記積層造形用粉末材料の体積平均粒径Dvが、1.5μm〜7.0μmであり、前記体積平均粒径Dvと前記積層造形用粉末の数平均粒径Dnとの比(Dv/Dn)が、1.10〜1.40である積層造形用粉末材料である。【選択図】なし
