PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an emergency door usable by simple operation even for an aged person, and inconspicuous even on an appearance with a simple and inexpensive structure, without causing new problems on the crime prevention, in the emergency door for a balcony capable of safe evacuation onto the ground of an inhabitant, by installing an emergency exit newly constructed in a first floor balcony of an apartment house of becoming impossible in evacuation to a next door along the balcony due to earthquake-resistant reinforcement construction of an out frame method.SOLUTION: An emergency door for a balcony, in which the lower end of a door part composed of bendably connected upper door body and lower door body is attached in an emergency exit base part so as to be overturnable to the outside, and the upper door body is provided with a handrail on the upper end such that a height can extend. The upper part becomes a ladder using the handrail as a scaffold step in disaster time, by horizontally overturning the door part to open an emergency exit and by bending the upper door body vertically downward to suspend the handrail downward.
【課題】アウトフレーム工法の耐震補強工事によりバルコニー伝いに隣戸への避難が不可能となる集合住宅の1階バルコニーに新設する非常口に設置して、住民の地上への安全な避難を可能とするバルコニー用非常扉であって、高齢者でも簡単な操作で使用可能とでき、防犯上の新たな問題を生じさせず、かつ、外観上も目立たない非常扉を、簡易かつ低コストな構造で実現する。【解決手段】折れ曲がり可能に接続した上部扉体と下部扉体とから成る扉部の下端を非常口基部に外側へ転倒可能に取り付け、上部扉体は上端に高さを伸展可能に取り付けた手摺りを備え、災害時等には、扉部を水平に転倒させて非常口を開放し、さらに上部扉体を垂直下方に折り曲げて手摺りを下垂させることにより、上部扉が手摺りを足場ステップとして使用可能な梯子となることを特徴とするバルコニー用非常扉。【選択図】 図7
