CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF COVER MATERIAL SUCH AS BASEBOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a cover material such as a baseboard, capable of easily and stably filing a joint material between end parts of a long size cover material, when connecting the mutual end parts of the long size cover material such as the baseboard added along the skirt of a wall surface rising from a floor surface.SOLUTION: A required interval 5 is provided between end parts 1a and 1a of long size cover materials 1 and 1 such as a baseboard composed of an aluminum extrusion section bar, and a filling groove 7 opening on the front side is formed by blocking up the rear of the interval 5 by a backing plate 4 extended between the end parts of the cover material, and the interval between the end parts of the cover material is closed by filling a joint material 6 in the filling groove 7.
【課題】床面から立ち上がる壁面の裾に沿って付設される巾木等の長尺なカバー材の端部同士を接続するに当り、この端部間に容易に且つ安定的に目地材を充填できるようにした巾木等のカバー材の接続構造を提供する。【解決手段】アルミ押出型材等からなる巾木等の長尺なカバー材１，１の端部１ａ，１ａ間に所要の間隔５を設けると共に、該間隔５の背後を前記カバー材の端部間に渡す裏打ち板４で塞いで前面側に開放する充填溝７を形成し、該充填溝７に目地材６を充填して前記カバー材の端部間の間隔を閉ざすようにする。【選択図】図１
