OPENING AND CLOSING LOCK AND RELEASE STRUCTURE FOR FUEL FILLER CAP
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-handle opening and closing lock and release structure for a fuel filler cap capable of easily opening and closing the fuel filler cap, opening the fuel filler cap after being lifted, and capable of surely locking the fuel filler cap when closing the fuel filler cap.SOLUTION: A fuel filler cap 1 is attached to a fuel filler cap attachment member 10 by a cap attachment pin 19. The fuel filler cap attachment member 10 includes an attachment member case 11, and an attachment hinge 13 slidably stored in the attachment member case, and has an energizing member 12 for energizing the fuel filler cap 1 or the attachment hinge 13 to the outer side of a fuel filler port 2. A lock mechanism includes an attachment hinge lock pin groove 13b, a lock pin 14, and a mechanism regulating sliding of the attachment hinge 13. During locking, an end of the lock pin 14 is intruded into the attachment hinge lock pin groove 13b, and sliding of the attachment hinge 13 is regulated. During releasing, the end of the lock pin 14 is retreated from the attachment hinge lock pin groove 13b, and sliding of the attachment hinge 13 is allowed.
【課題】給油口蓋の開閉が容易で、給油口蓋が浮き上がってから開き、給油口蓋が閉じるときは給油口蓋を確実にロックし、取扱いの容易な給油口蓋の開閉ロック及び解除構造を提供する。【解決手段】給油口蓋1は、給油口蓋取付部材10に蓋取付ピン19で取り付けられる。給油口蓋取付部材10は、取付部材ケース11と、取付部材ケースの中に摺動自在に収納された取付ヒンジ13を有し、給油口蓋1又は取付ヒンジ13を給油口2の外方に付勢する付勢部材12を有する。ロック機構は、取付ヒンジロックピン溝13bとロックピン14と、取付ヒンジ13の摺動を規制する機構を有する。ロックするときは、取付ヒンジロックピン溝13bにロックピン14の先端が侵入して取付ヒンジ13の摺動を規制し、解除されるときは、取付ヒンジロックピン溝13bからロックピン14の先端が退出して、取付ヒンジ13の摺動を可能にする。【選択図】図2
