PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water conduction quantity control member capable of not only efficiently executing placing work of concrete when constructing a riverbed but also constructing a bulkhead of a river while taking into consideration the deterioration of a natural environment and the like.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a water conduction quantity control member 1 erected on a water permeable layer 52 in the ground. The water conduction quantity control member 1 applying the present invention comprises: an erection member 2 provided in a boundary between a construction side A, the side on which water is shut off during construction, and a ground side B; and a movable member 3 installed in a predetermined range in the axial direction Y of the erection member 2. The erection member 2 is formed with first water conduction holes 20 penetrating in the axial orthogonal direction, and cuts off water conduction during the construction by blocking up the first water conduction holes 20 by the movable member 3 during the construction. The movable member 3 is formed with second water conduction holes 30 penetrating in the axial orthogonal direction, and conducts water after the construction by superposing the first water conduction holes 20 and the second water conduction holes 30 by moving the movable member 3 in the axial direction Y after the construction.
【課題】河床を構築するときのコンクリートの打設作業等を効率的に実施することができるだけでなく、自然環境の悪化等に配慮した河川の護岸を構築することのできる通水量制御部材を提供する。【解決手段】地盤内の透水層52に立設される通水量制御部材1に関する。本発明を適用した通水量制御部材1は、工事施工中に遮水される施工側Aと地盤側Bとの境界に設けられる立設部材2と、立設部材2の軸芯方向Yで所定の範囲に取り付けられる可動部材3とを備える。立設部材2は、軸芯直交方向に貫通する第1通水孔20が形成されて、工事施工中に可動部材3で第1通水孔20が閉塞されて、工事施工中の通水を遮断させるものとなる。可動部材3は、軸芯直交方向に貫通する第2通水孔30が形成されて、工事施工後に可動部材3を軸芯方向Yに移動させることで、第1通水孔20と第2通水孔30とが重ね合わされて、工事施工後に通水させるものとなる。【選択図】図2
