HYDRAULIC PRESSURE DRIVING DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a flow rate of pressurized oil supplied to a specific actuator to be worked flexibly by load pressure and achieve excellent operability while restricting energy consumption due to useless orifice pressure loss of a pressure compensation valve when a load pressure difference is high under complex operation including a specific actuator and an operation of an operating device for the specific actuator is a minute operation.SOLUTION: An open-center type flow rate control valve 6a for controlling discharged oil from a main pump 202 and a closed center type flow rate control valve 6i for controlling discharged oil from a main pump 102 are provided for a boom cylinder 3a and the main pump 102 is controlled in load sensing. The flow rate control valve 6a is opened up to an intermediate region of the operating region of an operating device to control supplying flow rate, and in subsequent to the intermediate region, both flow rate control valves 6a, 6i are opened to control the supplying flow rate.
【課題】特定のアクチュエータを含む複合操作で、負荷圧の差が大きく、特定のアクチュエータの操作装置の操作が微操作である場合に、圧力補償弁の無駄な絞り圧損によるエネルギー消費を抑えつつ、特定のアクチュエータに供給される圧油の流量を負荷圧によって柔軟に変化させ、良好な操作性を得る。【解決手段】ブームシリンダ3aに対し、メインポンプ202からの吐出油を制御するオープンセンタ型の流量制御弁6aとメインポンプ102からの吐出油を制御するクローズドセンタ型の流量制御弁6iを設け、メインポンプ102をロードセンシング制御する。操作装置の操作領域の中間領域までは流量制御弁6aを開いて供給流量を制御し、中間領域以降は流量制御弁6a,6iの両方を開いて供給流量を制御する。【選択図】図1
