METHOD FOR PRODUCING CERAMIC PRODUCT, AND CERAMIC PRODUCT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method capable of producing, at low cost, ceramic products having a crystalline pattern precipitated on a glaze layer, and enabling stably obtaining products having a similar total view with good reproducibility.SOLUTION: There are included: a first step S11 of forming a nucleus formation body containing metal of the same kind as metal contained in crystal to be precipitated; a second step S12 of mixing a green body and the nucleus formation body and molding so as to form a basis material part derived from a green body, and a backing material formation body where the plurality of nucleus formation bodies are scattered in the basis material part, and part of the nucleus formation body appears on a glazed surface; a third step S13 of applying crystalline glaze containing metal to be precipitated to the backing material formation body; and a fourth step S14 of burning a glazed product. Crystal generated from components contained in the crystalline glaze precipitates due to a nucleus body derived from the nucleus formation body so as to express a pattern. Two or more kinds of materials to be mixed are mixed and molded so as to mechanize operation, reduce production cost, and stably obtain ceramic products of a similar total view in good reproducibility.
【課題】釉薬層に析出させた結晶模様を有するセラミックス製品を低コストで製造でき、かつ、同様の全体観を有する製品を再現性よく安定して得られる製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】析出させる結晶に含有される金属と同一種類の金属を含有する核形成体を形成する第1工程S11と、坏土と核形成体とを配合して成形することにより、坏土を由来とする素地部と、素地部の中に核形成体が複数散在し、核形成体の一部が被施釉面に表出している基材形成体を形成する第2工程S12と、基材形成体に、析出させる金属を含有する結晶釉を施す第3工程S13と、施釉品を焼成する第4工程S14とを有する。核形成体に由来の核体が起因となり結晶釉に含有の成分から生成した結晶が析出し、模様が発現する。2種以上の被配合物を配合して成形することにより、作業を機械化して、製造コストの低減を図るとともに、同様全体観のセラミックス製品を再現性よく安定して得る。【選択図】図3
