JOINT STRUCTURE AND PRECAST MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve manpower saving and shortening of a construction period by enabling a beam to be constructed by relatively small-scale timbering, in regard to beam construction using a precast member.SOLUTION: Second and third precast members are joined via a joint part on both sides of a first precast member including a column-beam joint and a beam part equivalent to one span. The first precast member comprises a sheath pipe that penetrates between joint surfaces, and a splice reinforcement that is provided along the sheath pipe. A beam main reinforcement straddling the first and second precast members and a beam main reinforcement straddling the first and third precast members are inserted into the sheath pipe, and a lap joint is formed by the splice reinforcement. A grout material is injected into the sheath pipe.
【課題】PCa部材を用いた梁の施工について、比較的小規模の支保工で施工でき、省人化や工期の短縮化を図ること。【解決手段】柱・梁接合部及び一スパン分の梁部を含む第一のPCa部材の両側に目地部を介して第二、第三のPCa部材を接合する。第一のPCa部材は、接合面間を貫通するシース管と、シース管に沿って設けられた添え筋とを備える。シース管には、第一のPCa部材と第二のPCa部材間に跨る梁主筋と、第一のPCa部材と第三のPCa部材間に跨る梁主筋とが挿入され、添え筋で重ね継手とする。シース管にグラウト材が注入される。【選択図】図6
