LINING UNIT AND LINING CONSTRUCTION FOR RIVER STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a bar arrangement unit of a lining unit.SOLUTION: The lining unit includes a bar arrangement unit 1, and seven lining materials 2 combined therewith, the bar arrangement unit 1 including a bar arrangement 5 having three vertical bar arrangements 3 in a flowing direction, and four horizontal bar arrangements 4 combined therewith in a lattice shape, and a required number of foundation bolts 6 integrated with the upper and lower horizontal arrangements 4 of the bar arrangement 5 arranged in two upper and lower stages, in directions perpendicular to the vertical bar arrangements 3 and the horizontal bar arrangements 4. The lining materials 2, formed by wear resistant metal plates, have a plurality of bolt holes 8. At positions corresponding to the bolt holes 8, the foundation bolts 6 of the bar arrangement unit 1 are arranged. The foundation bolts 6 include supporting pieces 14 on which the horizontal bar arrangements 4 of the bar arrangement 5 can be placed and which are formed from circular plates having through-holes through which the foundation bolts 6 are inserted, respectively. For the bar arrangement unit 1, the horizontal bar arrangements 4 and the supporting pieces 14 are fixed to each other in the state that the horizontal bar arrangements 4 are placed on the supporting pieces 14.
【課題】ライニングユニットの配筋ユニットを容易に製作する。【解決手段】配筋ユニット1と、七枚のライニング材2とを組み合わせたものであって、配筋ユニット1は、流れ方向の三本の縦配筋3と四本の横配筋4とを格子状に組み合わせた配筋5と、上下二段に配置した配筋5の上下の横配筋4に対して、縦配筋3及び横配筋4に直交する方向に一体化した所要数の基礎ボルト6とを備える。ライニング材2は、耐摩耗性の金属板により形成され、複数のボルト孔8を有し、これらのボルト孔8に合致する位置に配筋ユニット1の基礎ボルト6が配置される。基礎ボルト6は、配筋5の横配筋4が載置可能であって、その基礎ボルト6が挿通する貫通孔を有する円板から形成される支持片14を備え、配筋ユニット1は、支持片14上に横配筋4が載る状態で、横配筋4と支持片14とが固定される。【選択図】図1
