PARTITION PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition plate good in strength against wind pressure, allowing a person to evacuate by a wheelchair by easily opening in evacuation.SOLUTION: A partition plate comprises: a frame body 5 constituting the partition plate 1 installed in a veranda of a condominium or the like; and a door body 10 provided in an opening 6 formed in the frame body for opening a lower part of the frame body. The door body is formed in such a way that one end part of the door body is turnable by means of an upper and lower rotary shafts 23 and 24 pivoted by upper and lower bearings 21 and 22 provided at upper and lower parts of the opening, and the other end part of the door body is provided with an opening-closing mechanism 60 having upper and lower rods 41 and 51 respectively engageable with/disengageable from upper and lower lock hole parts 40 and 50 provided in the upper-lower parts of the opening part 6 by rotary operation of a lever 30. When engagement between the upper and lower rodes and the upper and lower lock hole parts is released by the rotary operation of the lever, the door body is opened by rotating around the rotary shafts, and secures an evacuation passage capable of passing a wheelchair.
【課題】風圧に対する強度性を有すると共に、避難時には容易に開放して車椅子での避難を可能にする隔て板を提供する。【解決手段】マンション等のベランダに設置される隔て板1を構成する枠体5と、該枠体に形成される下方が開放する開口部6内に設けられる扉体10とを具備し、扉体は、該扉体の一端部が開口部の上下部に設けられた上部及び下部軸受け21,22に枢支される上部及び下部回動軸23,24により回動可能に形成され、他端部には、レバー30の回動操作によって開口部6の上下部に設けられた上部及び下部ロック孔部40,50にそれぞれ係脱可能な上部及び下部ロッド41,51を有する開閉機構60を備える。レバーの回動操作により、上部及び下部ロッドと上部及び下部ロック孔部との係合が解除された際に、扉体が回動軸回りに回動して開放されて、車椅子が通行可能な避難通路を確保する。【選択図】図3
